Editor's Note:

Welcome to Issue Thirty Nine of CSR! By now, you regular readers know my child likes badminton and earth worms. It craves ox tails in its Wimbledon Stadium and makes cute little sounds at the first sight of alphabet soup. Baby has an uncanny ability to detect landmines in the smothered cabbage. We both like horseshoes in our eczema. This issue inspects the sticky accelerator pedal. It is filled with hybrid prototypes and garlic bread but no butter. Add to that, a group of poets walking over hot coals, vodka-drinking cosmonauts of music and a bullet-proof book review and you've got the possibility for national health care. Trust me, when you finish this issue you'll never think of Zanzibar in the same way. Or lice in your hair. Either way, you'll never want to share needles again. So skip the tea party and get busy...
